Our Services

Court Searches:
County:
The PLATINUM level search, our highest standard search is the most accurate and up to date. The county court search investigates actual court files, not databases, either electronically or manually, in a real time manner. We search for any felony or misdemeanor records the applicant might have committed in that specific county within the past 7 years.

Statewide:
Statewide may not be a county search, but it enhances the broadness of your search by locating possible records throughout the counties in the state in which the applicant lived. We give it the gold check.

Multi-Jurisdiction:
A popular search. A database search which encompasses records obtained from county and state sources, which can possibly locate criminal activity far beyond the state or county in which your applicant currently resides. If the search results indicate charges, it needs to be followed by a county court search to verify the accuracy of the charges.

Sex Offender Searches:
Our sex offender search accesses all relevant databases, including the U.S department of Justice sex offender database. This is an important search to perform prior to a new employee entering the workplace.

Federal District Civil/Criminal Searches:
Federal offenses are not usually documented in state or county files and require a special search to locate any federal offenses. We offer searches in all federal districts. This search is great for all level employees but highly recommended for top-level management.

Terror Watch List Searches:
Verify that your applicant is not on the FBI’s Most Wanted List or involved with any terrorist groups. This search is compiled from numerous databases including the FBI’s Most Wanted List and Interpol’s Most Wanted List.

SSN Traces:
A social security number trace (SSN) is the primary check performed on applicants to verify the number and all addresses associated with it. This search is essential for all criminal and court record searches and is performed on all-level employees in all industries.

Motor Vehicle Records Searches:
Reliable drivers are of paramount importance. This search verifies potential employees’ driver’s license number, status, and issue date. We also search any recorded violations the employee may have.

OIG Searches:
Helps to determine if an applicant is currently excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal health care program. This searches the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) for exclusionary actions taken by the OIG against the applicant.

Employment Verification:
Our employment verification service determines your applicant’s employment history including: previous positions held, dates of employment and salary package. We also work to provide information on your applicant’s performance in the work place, communication and interpersonal skills, growth potential, and team leadership skills.

Education Verification:
We investigate your applicant’s educational credentials from high school level to post-graduate studies. We verify dates of attendance, degree or diploma earned, date of graduation and areas in which your applicant majored.

Professional License Verification:
We verify your applicant’s license, whether your potential hire is from the medical field, legal profession, or any area of expertise which requires licensing and certification. Date, state and agency can be verified along with any possible bars or exclusions associated with the license.

Worker’s Compensation Searches:
This search allows us to check whether a potential employee has filed any worker’s compensation claims in the state being searched.

Facis Level 1,2,3 Searches:
The Fraud and Abuse Control Information Systems search checks for records that contain adverse actions against the applicant. These actions include exclusions, letters of reprimand, and probation. We offer three levels of this search option which ranges from the minimum federal requirements, to a search of more than 800 sources throughout the United States.
